HIGH WAIST
To measure for high waist beads, wrap soft measuring tape around the upper area of the abdomen toward the bottom of the rib cage. Add a minimum one - two inches to this measurement to account for ab fluctuation when sitting and eating.

To measure for low waist beads, wrap soft measuring tape around the lower area of the abdomen toward the top of the hip bones. This can be more of an exact measurement, as flexibility is not necessary in this area.
