All GEMbodied products are made with natural gemstones. As a result, bead color and size may vary.

To clean gemstones, use mild detergent and warm water. Rinse and dry gently with a lint-free cloth. Avoid applying lotions and oils directly to gemstones.

All hardware is gold filled. Over time they may become dull due to build up. When needed, clean with jewelry cleaner.

Please note, GEMbodied products may be worn in the shower, at the beach or at the pool, however these activities may compromise products over time.

Our products are delicate! Avoid wearing GEMbodied products during rigorous or high impact activities, including exercise. High waist beads may break with constant movement of the abdomen. With low waist beads, it is easy to forget you are wearing them - please be mindful when you are undressing or using the bathroom.

GEMbodied products are intended to be used only as directed. Due to choking hazard, please keep out of reach of children.

Be sure to measure yourself prior to ordering waist beads! This is the best way to ensure the appropriate size is purchased.

To measure for high waist beads, wrap soft measuring tape around the upper area of the abdomen toward the bottom of the rib cage. Add a minimum one-two inches to this measurement to account for ab fluctuation when sitting and eating.

To measure for low waist beads, wrap soft measuring tape around the lower area of the abdomen toward the top of the hip bones. This can be more of an exact measurement, as flexibility is not necessary in this area.

***If you are unsure of your size, you can use your denim waist size to help determine your waist bead size. High waist beads are generally 1-2 inches above your denim size. Low waist beads are generally 3-4 inches above your denim size. For example, a size 30 in denim is generally 31” or 32” for high waist beads and 33” or 34” for low waist beads.

All GEMbodied products are handmade to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to create your custom piece. Once your order is complete, it will be shipped via USPS with a general expected delivery date of 1-3 business days for Priority Mail and 3-5 business days for First Class Mail. You will receive an email once your order ships.

Shipping rates are currently flat rate at $5 (First Class Mail) or $10 (Priority Mail) and are subject to change at any time. We currently only ship orders within the United States.

All GEMbodied products are handmade to order, and as a result we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once the order has been submitted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days if the item is damaged or incorrect.

GEMbodied products are delicate and we have handcrafted our pieces with this in mind. In the event hardware needs to be repaired or replaced, please email us at info@gembodied.love and include a description of the damage along with images for reference. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide repairs for products missing a significant number of gemstones.

Repairs start at $10. The client is responsible for round trip shipping fees.

GEMbodied reserves the right to charge fees for repairs based on our professional discretion.
